Shipping policy

Shipping Policies:

  •   Samples typically ship within 3-4 business days.

 

  • Shipping is 15% of your entire order, USA only. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Minimum shipping cost is $19.95.

 

  • Handmade custom tiles are made-to-order. We require full payment for out-of-state orders. For local orders, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at pickup. The typical order takes 4-6 weeks to complete and deliver. Times can change without notice.

 

  • Historic reproduction orders Flat Edge 6- 8 weeks, Mid Century 6-8  weeks.  Reproduction tile orders require full payment when ordering if tiles are to be dropped off or shipped to the customer. Exceptions can apply. Please contact us for more information

 

  • Estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • Tiles broken during shipping will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
